• TMCCI aim to facilitate the mobilization of humanitarian funds

bankable, as well as those originating from the Traditional Council
and the Integrated Development Plan (IDP) identified by
Government, that support UNSDG.

UNDERSTANDING OF THE SCOPE OF WORKS

We understand that the main objective of this proposal is to appoint a services provider to provide transactional advisory services to the development. The scope of work are:

• Undertake a comprehensive feasibility study and details project packaging the Township Establishment

• Completion of detail and comprehensive project business case/plan per preferred project;

• Development of financial modeling, capital raising and project finance structure
suitable to all strategic partners

• Enter into negotiations and conclude the agreements and contract between all parties of each preferred catalytic project

• Provide the necessary project technical, legal and financial advisory support for each of the preferred project
